I love this stuff. As I spend my winter months in Florida, this stuff is fantastic as a compliment to any seafood. I personally like it with shrimp as an alternative to traditional cocktail sauce. Give it a try. It works well with many food types.

I use this mustard on EVERYTHING. Broiled salmon, roasted vegetables, sandwiches, steak dip, sky's the limit. It has a kick but not too spicy and takes on a different flavor profile when cooked. Delicious!
